 • The Invisible Power of Brahman: What invisible power is operating this entire existence and our bodies? According to the Upanishads, that power is Brahman—not any idol or king, but the pure consciousness pervading every particle, which operates everything, much like electricity operates various devices.

• Brahman, Maya, and Prakriti: Existence has two levels: Brahman (pure consciousness) and Maya (the energy that drives forms). Maya is the dynamic aspect of Brahman, governing creation, change, and motion. This is explained through the example of a film, where the screen is Brahman and the film is Maya/Prakriti, run by the projector (power).

• Functioning of the Body: How does our body function spontaneously— like the heartbeat or breathing? The Upanishads call this the ‘Antaryami — the one seated within, operating everything. Our thoughts and emotions are also instruments of Prakriti, and we are merely witnesses to them.

• Desires and Decisions: Are our decisions truly our own, or are they too a play of Prakriti and consciousness? According to the Upanishads, the past, present, and future are all governed by the same power, and decisions occur at the level of Prakriti. Liberation is attained when one becomes an observer of the reactions of Prakriti and reaches the level of consciousness.

• The Vastness of Brahman: Brahman is not only within us but pervades the entire universe. We are like small waves in the vast ocean of Brahman. This world is a dream or play (Lila) of Brahman, and the individual is an illusion while consciousness is the truth. Realizing this truth reduces fear and ego, bringing expansion in life.

• Experiencing Brahman: Brahman cannot be known through knowledge alone but through direct experience. The answer lies in silence, meditation, and returning to the state of the witness. Instead of stopping thoughts, observing them calms the mind and allows one to experience the inner stillness (Brahman). The state of witnessing is the direct experience of Brahman.

• The Impact of Realizing Brahman’s Presence: How does experiencing this truth transform life? It breaks fear and ego, reduces anger and greed, and generates love. When one realizes they are part of a vast consciousness, deep ease and assurance descend into life. Instead of seeking Brahman outside, it is always present in our breath and our very existence.

• इच्छाएँ और निर्णय : क्या हमारे निर्णय हमारे अपने होते हैं या वे भी प्रकृति और चेतना का खेल हैं। उपनिषद के अनुसार, अतीत, वर्तमान और भविष्य सब एक ही शक्ति के अधीन हैं, और निर्णय प्रकृति के स्तर पर होते हैं। मुक्ति तब मिलती है जब व्यक्ति प्रकृति की प्रतिक्रियाओं को देखने वाला बन जाता है और चेतना के स्तर पर पहुँचता है।

• ब्रह्म की विशालता : ब्रह्म न केवल हमारे भीतर है, बल्कि पूरे ब्रह्मांड में व्याप्त है। हम ब्रह्म महासागर की छोटी तरंगों के समान हैं। यह जगत ब्रह्म का एक स्वप्न या लीला है, और व्यक्ति एक भ्रम है जबकि चेतना सत्य है। इस सत्य को जानने से डर और अहंकार कम होते हैं और जीवन में विस्तार आता है।

• ब्रह्म का अनुभव : ब्रह्म को ज्ञान से नहीं, बल्कि अनुभव से जाना जा सकता है। इसका उत्तर मौन, ध्यान और दृष्टा में लौटना है। विचारों को रोकने के बजाय उन्हें देखने से मन शांत होता है और भीतर की स्थिरता (ब्रह्म) का अनुभव होता है। साक्षीभाव ही ब्रह्म का प्रत्यक्ष अनुभव है।
