From Conflicts to Consciousness-A Universal Message for a New Era of Humanity.
Dear Hon. President von der Leyen, President of the European Commission
Distinguished Leaders, Scientists, and Visionaries,
The Human Blueprint: Man is nature's incomparable masterpiece. The human brain is a microcosm of the universe itself, born with infinite mysteries and possibilities. When the senses dominate the mind and consciousness is forgotten, the flow of neurotic signals in the body is obstructed, leading to myriad physical and mental disorders.
Life as an Opportunity: Life is not an examination; it is an opportunity. There is nothing to achieve here, only to experience. When divine powers vanish from man, the Theory of Ideology is born; when humanity vanishes, the Theory of Justice is born; and when even justice disappears—the Theory of Ritualism takes over. This is the origin of chaos. Figures like Krishna, Mahavir, Jesus, and the Prophet are the full blooms of collective consciousness. Noble men do not reside in isolation, but in the 'fruit' of their realization.
Research, Realization, and the Core of Consciousness: Every human spends life searching for an unknown potential. Most depart this world without ever igniting the hidden powers within. Facing oneself takes time; it is not a matter of laziness but of escaping from one's own truth. The most unfortunate are those who sense their potential but fear the 'Atomic Explosion' of the soul, which creates a light so blinding that those accustomed to darkness recoil from it. One who strives to live centered in the Self enhances their capacity for this inner explosion, turning life into a celebration.
Facing the Shadow: The parts of yourself you refuse to see are the ones that silently run your life. Hiding fear, jealousy, insecurity, or malice in the 'Dark Shadow' does not make them disappear; it empowers them. They manifest in your anger, self-destructive habits, and stagnant progress. Transformation begins the moment you stop blaming circumstances or the past and turn toward your own darkness. As you become aware of these hidden flaws, they lose their control. Your patterns become clear, and you begin to live with purpose. The Shadow is not your enemy; it is a map containing the secrets of your life.
Personality Disorders: A Crisis of Civilization: Personality tendencies are shaped by genetics, upbringing, and experience. While not everyone has a clinical disorder, nearly everyone displays imbalances. Great minds like Freud, Adler, and Jung sought to decode this, and medical science continues to advance. However, specialized research on the spiritual transformation of "Mental Tendencies" remains scarce.
The suffering: We experience arises from resistance to what we cannot change. Focus on meditation and self-knowledge; live for the welfare of the world. In meditation, you discover that you are already complete.
Kriya Yoga and the Quantum Secret: I have learned that inner peace is true freedom. Selflessness, humility, and compassion transform every action into a celebration. Every soul contains divinity, which must be recognised and nurtured. Kriya Yoga rejuvenates the body, balances pranic energy, and enhances longevity.
The "Secret of Creation — Quantum Superposition" is both a scientific and spiritual process. When a seeker connects with the invisible Brahma-wave, pure consciousness can guide the world. In this state of "Observer as the Observed," thousands of hands come forward to help. A life free from personality disorders becomes a fearless celebration of Truth and Non-violence.
Meditation vs. Psychology: Meditation is beyond psychology; it has nothing to do with the mind or brain. It is a state of 'No-Mind.' Great psychologists like Freud and Jung mistook meditation for concentration. Concentration is a tool of the mind, whereas meditation is the way to transcend the mind—to stand on the hilltop while your thoughts remain in the valley below.
There are three entities: The No-Mind (your true nature), The Mind (social programming), and The Brain (biological hardware). Meditation is the process of deprogramming the 'Mind' to reach the reality of 'No-Mind.'
• Environmental Imbalance: When the collective mind is imbalanced, it creates turbulence in the Quantum Field. Wars and disasters are physical manifestations of this energy, forcing humanity to either dissolve its 'disorders' or reconnect with Cosmic Energy through Awakening.
The Forecast (2025-2030): * 2025: A pivotal spiritual turning point, the most compressed era in 6,000 years.
• 2026-2027: An evolutionary leap where old systems collapse and global awareness rises. We face a "Mega Leak"—a period of social instability that marks the "End of History" and the birth of a New Dawn.
• The Final Wisdom: In this era, silence is our patience. Maintaining peace is more important than being right. Prioritise inner strength, emotional control, and harmonious relationships over the urge to 'win.'
I remain deeply respectful of your time and your organisation’s global mandate.
Thank you for considering this communication.
With sincere regards,
Vishnu Shivhare M, Sc Cytology- 1976 (India)

Subject: A Strategic Manifesto for Global Evolution — Transitioning from Systemic Conflict to Quantum Consciousness.
Executive Summary: Humanity is currently navigating a critical evolutionary bottleneck. This document proposes a shift from traditional socio-political paradigms to a 'Quantum Consciousness' framework, addressing the root cause of global instability: the collective 'Personality Disorder' of the human species.
1. The Neuro-Biological Crisis and Personality Disorders: Modern leadership must recognize that global conflicts are macro-manifestations of micro-neurotic imbalances. When human consciousness is trapped in 'Downward Energy Flows' (survival/ego-centric neural pathways), it results in 'Personality Disorders' (NPD, Sociopathy). These are no longer just clinical issues but threats to global security, manifesting as isolationism and parasitic resource depletion.
2. Quantum Superposition and Social Architecture: The 'Observer Effect' in Quantum Physics confirms that consciousness influences reality. By applying 'Kriya Yoga Science' as a tool for neural-reprogramming, we can transition from a state of 'Social Programming' (The Mind) to 'Pure Awareness' (No-Mind). This is the key to achieving global homeostasis and environmental balance.
3. The 2026-2027 Evolutionary Forecast: We are entering a 'Mega-Leak' era—a period where old, rigid institutional structures will fail due to a massive shift in the Earth’s geomagnetic and conscious fields. This is not a terminal event but a 'Systemic Reset'. Global leaders must adopt 'Fluid Governance' models that prioritize internal psychological stability over external territorial control.
Conclusion: The integration of Spiritual Wisdom with Quantum Mechanics is the only viable roadmap for the 'New Dawn'. True power lies not in dominance, but in the 'Upward Flow' of compassion and collective awakening.

• Behind the Scene World : Challenging our perception of a solid, stable world. It explains that everything, even seemingly solid objects, is composed of tiny, constantly vibrating particles with vast empty spaces between them. This introduces the idea that reality is more complex and dynamic than what our senses perceive.
• What is Quantum?: The term "quantum" is explained as the smallest indivisible unit of energy or light. The concept, introduced by Max Planck and further developed by Albert Einstein, suggests that energy isn't continuous but comes in discrete packets called quanta (photons for light). This fundamental idea revolutionized physics, shifting the understanding of the universe from continuous to digital at its most basic level.
• Light – Both a Particle and a Wave : This section discusses the wave-particle duality of light, a core concept in quantum physics. Historically, scientists debated whether light was a wave or a particle. Experiments like the double-slit experiment proved light behaves like a wave, but Einstein showed it also acts as particles (photons) under certain conditions. This duality highlights that a single entity can exist in two forms simultaneously, and observation can influence its behaviour.
• The Uncertainty Principle : Introduced by Werner Heisenberg, this principle states that it's impossible to precisely know both the position and momentum of a subatomic particle at the same time. The more accurately you measure one, the less accurately you can know the other. This inherent fuzziness is a fundamental rule of the universe at the quantum level, suggesting that reality isn't entirely predictable but rather based on probabilities.
• Schrรถdinger's Cat – Alive or Dead?): This thought experiment illustrates the bizarre nature of superposition. A cat in a sealed box, linked to a radioactive particle, is considered to be simultaneously alive and dead until the box is opened and the cat's state is observed. The key message is that observation (or measurement) collapses the multiple possibilities into a single reality, emphasizing the observer's critical role.
• Superposition – A World of Multiple Possibilities): Superposition means that a quantum particle can exist in multiple states simultaneously until it is measured. For example, an electron can be in two places at once, or a light switch can be both on and off. This principle is crucial for quantum computing, where qubits can be 0 and 1 simultaneously, enabling far more powerful calculations than traditional bits.
• Quantum Entanglement – The Connection That Never Breaks : Entanglement describes how two quantum particles can become linked, so that the state of one instantaneously affects the state of the other, no matter the distance separating them. This "spooky action at a distance," as Einstein called it, suggests a deep interconnectedness across the universe and has implications for quantum communication and teleportation.
• The Secret of Measurement – The Role of the Observer: This chapter reiterates the profound impact of observation on quantum reality. When a quantum particle is observed or measured, its superimposed state collapses into a definite reality. This implies that our consciousness and the act of observation actively participate in shaping the reality we perceive, transforming possibilities into concrete states.
• Quantum Computing – The Revolution of the Future : The quantum computing, a revolutionary technology that leverages superposition and entanglement to perform complex calculations far beyond the capabilities of classical computers. Quantum computers use "qubits" that can be 0, 1, or both simultaneously, offering exponential processing power for fields like medicine, weather forecasting, and cybersecurity.
• Quantum Physics and Philosophy: The discussion extends beyond science into philosophy, exploring how quantum physics challenges our understanding of reality, consciousness, and our place in the universe. It suggests that reality is not fixed but a dynamic interplay between observer and observed, echoing ancient philosophical concepts about interconnectedness and the nature of existence.
• Conclusion – Exploring the Possibilities : The quantum physics opens our minds to a universe of infinite possibilities. It encourages embracing uncertainty, recognizing that what seems impossible can be possible with a different perspective, and understanding that our decisions, intentions, and thoughts actively shape our reality, just as observation shapes the quantum world.

The ancient yogic practice of "Ek Bhukta," which involves eating only once a day, reveals its profound spiritual significance beyond mere discipline . The practice aligns the body with cosmic energy, transforming digestive fire (Agni) into divine energy (Ojas),
• Ojas and Agni: The frequent eating weakens the digestive fire (Agni), leading to "Aam" (toxins) that cause sluggishness and mental instability . Eating once a day allows Agni to rest and burn toxins, converting pure essence into Ojas, a subtle energy that brings radiance, stability, and spiritual elevation.
• Classification of Eaters: Ancient texts categorize individuals based on their eating habits: a Yogi eats once, a Bhogi (materialistic person) eats twice, a Rogi (sick person) eats thrice, and a Drohi (enemy of oneself) eats constantly. This highlights the energy principle that limited food leads to expanded consciousness.
• Prana and Apana Vayu: The video explains how eating activates Apana Vayu, which pushes energy downwards, hindering the upward flow of Prana Vayu, crucial for higher consciousness and meditation . Ek Bhukta limits the activation of Apana, allowing Prana to rise and awaken the Kundalini energy.
• Kundalini Awakening: Kundalini is described as the vital life force that rises through the spine, awakening seven chakras from Muladhara to Sahasrara, leading to elevated consciousness. Ek Bhukta facilitates this ascent by making the body lighter and the mind more stable, enabling the soul to speak .
• Analogy of the Veena: The body is compared to a Veena (a stringed instrument); just as a Veena needs cleaning and tuning for music, the body needs Ek Bhukta to be balanced for the soul's song.
• Physical and Mental Benefits: The 20-hour fasting period allows the digestive system to rest, calms the nerves, and stabilizes mental waves, enhancing sensitivity and intuition, which can lead to Siddhis (supernatural powers) .
• Respect for Food: The food is not to be abandoned but honored as "Annam Brahma" (food is God), being a source of energy that sustains consciousness .
• Eating with the Sun: Ancient yogis ate only at midday when both the external sun's fire and the internal digestive fire (Jathragni) are strongest, ensuring complete digestion and energy conversion. Eating after sunset weakens Agni, turning food into toxins.
• Modern Relevance: Modern eating habits, including heavy night meals and constant snacking, disrupt the body's rhythm, leading to low energy, unstable minds, and fatigue. Ek Bhukta helps restore this natural rhythm, creating a stable internal clock .
• Transformation into Ojas: When digestion is pure, the body processes food into seven essential elements (Rasa, Rakta, Mamsa, Meda, Asthi, Majja), culminating in Ojas, the divine nectar that radiates as an aura. Ojas activates dormant brain centers, leading to deeper meditation and extraordinary experiences .
• Energy Conservation: Digestion consumes about 70% of the body's energy. By conserving this energy, one becomes sharper, more stable, and more alert.
• Preparation for Ek Bhukta: The practice requires preparation, starting with a Satvic (pure) diet, gradually reducing processed and heavy foods. Maintaining silence between meals, consuming only water, also aids in balancing the body and calming the mind.
• Beyond Physical Hunger: The true hunger is not of the stomach but for peace . Ek Bhukta is a practice of contentment, teaching that by giving less to the body, one gives more to the soul, leading to endless peace.
To apply this sacred knowledge in modern life, by making your eating conscious: pause, look at the food, smell it, and affirm that this food is Brahman and that this energy will become consciousness. Gradually move from two meals a day to one, embracing hunger as a sacred vibration that draws you inward to the true taste of silence and soul.
